Kevin has focused his 23 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to turn Talking Rain into an international success.  His unique approach to business management marries his operational and science background with a passion for building strong teams that collaborate to build success.  He joined Talking Rain in 2006 became Senior Vice President and General Manager in 2010, and CEO and President in 2011.

ICE® Keeps on Sparkling: How the 27-year-old business found new success by creating, then meeting, consumer demand

In 2013, Sparkling ICE was America’s fastest-growing consumer packaged goods business with an upward trajectory showing no signs of plateau. This impressive growth has led to a bevy of honors for Sparkling ICE’s parent company, Talking Rain, including recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing private companies, and earning Beverage World’s Liquid Refreshment Company of the Year award in 2014. In addition to the accolades, Sparkling ICE signed its first brand ambassador this year, having found a fan in NBA MVP Kevin Durant. The success of Sparkling ICE has driven Talking Rain’s retail sales from $10 million in 2010 to more than $392 million in measured sales in 2014. With these recent achievements, coupled with the brand’s unique direct-store-distribution (DSD) network, Talking Rain looks forward to further expansion, including breaking into markets outside of the U.S. in 2015.
